Not public — personal tooling

Trading terminal concept: place long/short limits on Hyperliquid while the same margin keeps earning on HyperLend until the order fills.

Project

HyperYield

Limit orders plus yield on the same collateral

Finn Clancy ·

Personal tooling I built for myself — HyperYield is not a public product. The implementation is proprietary and for my own use only.

Working name

HyperYield — a trading terminal for people who want capital productive at all times.

Problem

When you park USDC in earning venues (e.g. HyperLend, ~6.5% APY today), getting ready to trade usually means withdrawing, bridging, and moving size to the exchange. If you leave size on the exchange for a limit order, it often earns nothing while it waits.

Rough intuition: $100k idle for a day at those rates is on the order of ~$17 forgone — the exact number moves with APY, but the shape of the problem is steady.

What HyperYield should do

One workflow (target: single transaction) to rest a limit order on Hyperliquid while the same collateral continues to earn on HyperLend until fill.

That collapses:

  1. Earn yield but babysit capital — manual withdraw / transfer / place.
  2. Stay ready but earn nothing — opportunity cost on resting liquidity.

Status

Active design / build. Not a shipped consumer product page yet; this note captures the spec and motivation I have posted about publicly.

Tech & venue

  • Hyperliquid — perps / order book.
  • HyperLend — lend-side yield on stable collateral.

There is no public repo or access path — this write-up is context only.
